As salam Alaikum ladies," Crowns of Modesty" would like to invite all of you to a special program this week “Fitness Workshop” in collaboration with Exercise Focus on Saturday June 19, 4-5pm/cst at the IslamInSpanish Centro Islamico in Houston, TX or attend through Zoom (link will be provided)
The hope is to provide sisters with a space to be physically active, inspire them to lead an active and healthy lifestyle, foster sisterhood and have fun.
This is in introductory class and is complimentary to us Alhamdulillah.
