"A Conversation with Diverse Muslims" at Rice University Tuesday Nov. 12 from 6-8pm in the Duncan Game Theory Room.

We have been invited to participate in Islam Immersion Week at Rice University in Houston,TX. Last week we spoke in Dr. Craig Considine's Sociology course "Muslims In America" discussing how we as IslamInSpanish have been able to maintain our narrative. Tomorrow we will be going to a dinner hosted by the Muslim Student Association of Rice where they will be inviting non-muslims to come to get to know the diverse Muslim community. So please join us and invite your non-muslim friends and families to meet us and hear our stories and experiences in spirit of "Convivencia" (coexistence).
